Veggie Pepper: This ground blend features Tellicherry black pepper, onion, garlic, celery flakes, and red bell pepper. It is a great condiment to use on all vegetables, salads, burgers, fish, chicken, barbecue, or meatloaf.
Pepper Seasoning, Smoked Grillin’: This grillin’ blend contains bourbon-smoked ground black pepper, thyme, savory, bell pepper, and citric acid. It is great on meats and veggies.
Pickling Spices: A combination of cinnamon, mustard, ginger, dill, allspice, cloves, coriander, mace, pepper, bay, cardamom, and chilies can be found in this spice blend. Try it in vinegar and water with fresh cucumbers.
Pizza Seasoning: This cut/sifted blend is made with onion, bell pepper, fennel, oregano, garlic, basil, chilies, parsley, thyme, marjoram, and chilies. Sprinkle it in a sauce for pizza or use it as a topping. As a salad dressing mix, add it to one tablespoon per pint of vinegar and oil or mayonnaise and milk. Try it on green beans, too.
Popcorn Seasonings, Cheddar, & Spice: This blend includes cheddar cheese, whey, buttermilk, salt, nutritional yeast, garlic, onion, bell pepper, and cayenne pepper. It is great on popcorn. Try it on veggies.
Popcorn Seasonings, Nacho: This blend includes dried yeast, white cheddar cheese powder, salt, mild and cultured cheddar cheese, chili peppers, onion, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper. It’s great on popcorn and good on eggs and veggies.
Pork Seasoning: This blend contains pieces of black pepper, garlic, onion, dill seed, basil, mustard, red pepper, white pepper, and citric acid. It’s great on pork but also good on salmon and chicken.
Poultry Seasoning: This ground blend includes sage, thyme, onion, marjoram, pepper, celery seed, and cayenne. Use it on poultry or dressing.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg are featured in this ground blend. When you use it in pumpkin pie, you’ll get pie just like grandma makes. Sprinkle it on ice cream or in coffee for extra flavor.
Praise Ali (All-Purpose Salt Seasoning): The ingredients in this seasoning are adobo salt blend, garlic, and onion.
Salt Blend “Hot Salt”: The ingredients of this blend include sea salt, Bar-B-Quick, Cajun, and chipotles. It’s spicy and great on everything!
Sambar Powder: Coriander, chilies, fenugreek, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, and asafoetida are featured in this ground blend. It adds flavor to lentils and stews, and it’s great for Indian stir-fry.
Sausage Seasoning: This cut/sifted blend is made with parsley, fennel, garlic, paprika, red chilies, bay, and black pepper. To season ground pork for sausage, use one tablespoon per 1 1/2 pounds.
Seafood Boil: This spice blend features mustard seed, dill, ginger, chilies, bay, allspice, celery seed, cinnamon, and black pepper. Turn shrimp, crab, lobster, and crawfish into an epicurean delight using this tasty blend. Add one teaspoon per pound of shellfish to the boiling water.
Seven Spice: This Lebanese blend contains black pepper, paprika, cumin, coriander, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice.
Southwestern Blend: This spice blend is made with bell pepper, onion, cumin seed, red pepper, garlic, paprika, and citric acid. It tastes good on steaks, chicken, and burgers, and it adds flavor to salad dressing, dips, and veggies.
Spaghetti Seasoning: This cut/sifted blend is made with onion, basil, garlic, oregano, black pepper, parsley, lemon peel, and bay. In a medium saucepan, combine one (16 oz.) can of tomato paste, one cup of water, 1/4 cup spaghetti seasoning, and one (15 oz.) can of whole tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
