Culinary Blends Cu-Or

Curry Powder: This ground blend includes turmeric, coriander, paprika, fenugreek, black pepper, cumin, ginger, cloves, celery seed, caraway, and cayenne. It is a delightful mild curry for any meat or vegetable dish.

Curry Powder, Lemon: This ground blend is made with coriander, turmeric, lemon peel, cumin, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, garlic, and cayenne. It perks up chicken, seafood, lamb, or vegetable stir-fry.

Dash of Dill: This blend is cut/sifted with whole seeds. It features dill, parsley, caraway, sesame seeds, lemon peel, orange peel, garlic, and citric acid. This seasoning adds flavor to soups, dips, potato salad, fish, sauces, and gravies.

Ethiopian Berbere: This ground blend is made with red pepper, paprika, ginger, garlic, fenugreek, cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and allspice. Great in stews, lentils and as a rub for chicken.

Everything Spice: This blend contains whole sesame seeds and poppy seeds and minced onion and garlic & a little citric acid. Great as a bread seasoning and on meats and veggies.

Fajita Seasoning: This ground blend has cut/sifted pieces. It is made with onion granules, garlic granules, celery seed, hickory smoke, chili peppers, lemon peel, and mustard. Use it to spice up salmon, chicken, pork chops, steaks, and burgers.

Fine Herbs: This is also a cut/sifted blend that includes basil, chervil, tarragon, marjoram, and chives. This traditional blend is great in soup, cheese, and egg dishes in addition to chicken, fish, and salads.

Fish & Chicken Gourmet: You have to try this blend that's cut/sifted. It is made with basil, onion, garlic, rosemary, red pepper, paprika, bell peppers, orange powder, lemon powder, black pepper, and citric acid.

Five Spice: This ground blend includes cinnamon, fennel, cloves, star anise, and black pepper. An authentic Chinese five-spice it gives zest to any oriental dish. It also adds flavor to cookies and fruit.

For the Birds: This ground blend contains ginger, celery, onion, paprika, coriander, garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, savory, white pepper and basil. Great on chicken and lamb.

Fresh Pork Seasoning: This blend contains pieces of black pepper, garlic, onion, dill seed, basil, mustard, red pepper, white pepper and citric acid. Great of pork, but also good on salmon and chicken.

Garam Masala: This ground blend has cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, and black pepper. This all-purpose seasoning from India is ideal for use in curry, stir-fry, and cookies.


Garlic N' Just Herb Pepper: This is a cut/sifted blend with whole seeds. It includes sesame seeds, black pepper, garlic, green onions, lemon peel, and citric acid. This salt-free blend is awesome on everything but sweets, including salmon, steaks, chicken, pork, green beans. Flavors soups, salads, veggies, and bread. It makes good dip, too.

Garlic Pepper: This ground blend features garlic and Tellicherry black pepper. The garlic is from Gilroy, CA, and the pepper is from the Malabar Coast of India.

Greek Seasoning: This ground blend with small cut/sifted spices is made with cornmeal flour, onions, garlic, paprika, black pepper, sesame seeds, oregano, bell pepper, basil, lemon powder, and lemon oil. It is a great ingredient for oil and vinegar salad dressing, and you can also use it on lamb dishes, gyros, fish/ catfish, chicken, and veggies.

Gumbo File: This ground blend includes sassafras thyme. Use it to thicken and flavor gumbos and Cajun dishes.

Herbs de Provence: Thyme, rosemary, savory, lavender, tarragon, and basil are featured in this cut/sifted traditional blend from Southern France. It can be used in almost any dish, but it is especially tasty on roasts and carrots.

Italian Seasoning: This cut/sifted blend includes oregano, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, basil, and sage. It is a traditional blend for pasta and cheese dishes, and it also makes a great salad dressing mix. Use 1 tablespoon per pint of vinegar and oil.

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning: Onion, tomato powder, red pepper, allspice, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, garlic, green onion, nutmeg, and bay are featured in this ground Blend with small cut/sifted pieces.

Jambalaya Seasoning: This ground with pieces.blend contains onion, garlic, celery, cayenne pepper, paprika, worchestershire powder, gumbo, black pepper and thyme. Use with sausage, chicken & vegetables. Can also add to couscous.

Key West Citrus Blend: This cut/sifted blend includes lemon, orange, onion, parsley, lemon, basil, thyme, garlic, celery, red bell pepper, and citric acid. Sprinkle it on fish, chicken, beef, and vegetables. (back to top)

Lemon & Herb Blend: Onion, parsley, lemon, basil, thyme, garlic, celery, red bell pepper, and citric acid are the ingredients in this all-purpose, cut/sifted blend. Sprinkle it on fish, chicken, beef, and vegetables. To use as a salad dressing mix, add 1 tablespoon per pint of vinegar and oil or mayonnaise and milk.

Lemon Pepper: This ground blend is made with black pepper, lemon peel, freeze-dried whole lemon, garlic, onion, and citric acid. Use it on fish, chicken, grilled steaks, chops, salads, and vegetables.

Lime Pepper: Lime, Tellicherry black pepper, onion, and citric acid are featured in this all-purpose, course ground blend. It is great for use on fish, chicken, chops, salads, pasta, and vegetables.

Mexican Seasoning: This ground blend includes chilies, garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, oregano, celery seed, bell peppers, and bay. In addition to being a natural seasoning for all Mexican food, use it in anything with ground beef. Add 1 tablespoon per pint of vinegar oil to make a dressing for taco salad.

Oriental Hot Mustard: Rehydrate this ground blend in warm water 10 minutes prior to use. Add it to potato salad, baked beans, barbeque sauces, and any food you want to give a zip.

Oriental Seasoning: This cut/sifted blend with whole seeds features sesame seeds, bell peppers, onions, garlic, black pepper, celery, lemon, and mustard. Sprinkle it on chicken, fish, salads, stir fry, rice, and vegetables.
